Meet this month's TWO Rouge stars!Jessica Cadot and Chantal Thibodeau have recently been chosen as employees of the month! Why do we love them so much? Because they are always in a good mood, welcome new clients and staff with open arms and spread a contagious passion for their work even after so many years at Rouge. It's a real treat to be around them every weekend!
In case you don't know them on a personal level, here are some interesting facts about our two Rougenators.
Chantal is a very energetic person with a constant smile on her face and time to devote to others. She is very pleasant to work with and is always there for anyone who needs her. That is why everyone ADORES her!
Chantal studied in psychology before becoming a bartender. Since then, she had re-oriented her studies towards dental health. She is currently awaiting a reply to study in that field. She just made the announcement that if she got accepted in dental health, we will have the pleasure of having her behind the bar with us for the next three years!!!
What do you like best about working at Rouge?
I've been with the Rouge family for over 4 years and the best part about it is all the encounters i've made over the years or am about to make.
Your fondest Rouge memory?
My greatest Rouge moment was on my last birthday....... At midnight, all my regular clients came in, together, and sang happy birthday to me with a cake and sparklers...... I have several more awesome memories!!!
Your passions?
I like to play different sports. I'm the kind of person who marvels at anything and i'm also a part-time geek.
Jessica has been on the Rouge team for almost 8 years! That's almost as many years as Rouge's age!!!
During that time, Jessica has filled many positions; coat check girl, hostess and waitress. Our pretty freckled blond is as perfect as they come. She is hard-working, good-natured and "more comfortable wearing Vans skater shoes than a pair of high heels".
Jessica is also a brilliant girl. She has studied Political Sciences at McGill and Law at Université de Montréal. She is hoping to one day become a notary or lawyer.
Your fondest Rouge memory?
There are too many for me to just pick one..... but i love it when my clients tell me they had an awesome time or that i helped make their bachelor/birthday party memorable. It is such a privilege to have the chance to be a part of those precious moments in people's lives.
What are your passions?
I love traveling, long-boarding and surfing.
